SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier service:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these are estimates and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your shipping address, and the shipping method you select. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you believe your package was lost or stolen.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
